Mobile Training FAQs

Although our instructors are industry standard professionals with years of experience in the field, training smaller groups at a time can allow each student to receive the most hands on training and valuable equipment seat time. We have a minimum requirement of 10 students and have trained up to 18 students at a time.

Minor infrastructure projects can be completed during the training, saving the community thousands of dollars in construction costs. Projects like community road repairs, ditches and sloping, driveway construction, trenching and excavation, brushing, clearing, pad construction, etc.

Any community member who is 18 years or older is eligible. (Allowances can be made for younger) Students do not need a drivers license or high school diploma. Pure Energy encourages all applicants to use the training weeks to learn all they can to enable them to obtain secure employment in the industry.

Pure Energy instructors are experienced operators of many different machines. Our most popular training program includes the following equipment: 

• Excavator
• Dozer
• Articulated Rock Truck
• Skidsteer

Each graduate of the HEOT Program receives a wall sized certificate, as well as a wallet sized ticket that does not expire and Pure Energy swag and a letter of recommendation for future job opportunities.
