Pure Energy's in-depth Heavy Equipment Operator Training Program was designed by industry professionals with decades of experience in equipment operation, consulting, training and project management. This program was built to ensure that the next generation of heavy equipment operators have the necessary qualifications and valuable skillset required to perform exceptional work under any conditions. We believe that mutual success is anchored in relationships based on ethical conduct, trust and respect and that trustworthiness is demonstrated by actions. Working together with First Nations communities has consistently created meaningful partnerships and we strongly embrace local participation in each new project we embark on.
HEO Training is carefully customized for each new group of Indigenous students we train. By offering this program to remote communities, our desire is to help Nation members achieve their goals and create advantages for graduates of the program to obtain employment as operators in the thriving industry of construction and heavy equipment.
Practical field lessons are crafted to focus mainly on categories of safety practices and awareness, preventative maintenance and operational precision with a production objective. Students can learn at their own pace, in a familiar environment that is close to home. Personalized, hands-on training in small class sizes develop strong student/instructor relationships and maximizes seat time.
At Pure Energy, we started as a small business with a big dream... to make a profound impact on communities who are not afforded the same advantages and prospects as larger cities. Our founder, Duane Kelemen, had a vision to create a company that would revolutionize the mainstream educational approach and bring opportunity to the doorstep of those with the ambition to learn the industry. With hard work and dedication, we have grown into the mobile training facility we are today with many amazing and heartwarming stories of success behind each new door we open.
Our mission at Pure Energy is to provide the best quality training possible. We strive to exceed expectations and build lasting relationships with each new band we work with. First Nations communities that partner together with us will receive the benefit of Pure Energy instructors and students completing many minor land projects, road building and repairs, site preparation for new homes or buildings, lot repair, grading, ditching, subdivision groundwork, snow removal and Nation infrastructure support.
Pure Energy's HEO Training Program is committed to opening doors of opportunity to even the most remote communities across the province, please give us a call to arrange a meeting today!
